Afternoon:

Snatch complex practice.
-Snatch + hang snatch. (Can be either power or full)

Clean & Jerk complex practice.
-Clean + hang clean + jerk.  (Can be either power or full)

Do not exceed 75% or 1rm.

    Worked up to 75 on both complexes. Shoulder issue on the jerk which is why I didn't go higher on clean complex. Mobilized the shoulder and will continue mobility tomorrow.
